Shoes that have been worn outdoors will not be accepted as returns; For this reason, we ask that customers try on newly purchased items indoors before wearing outdoors.

You may return new-condition items within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the full amount paid. Any returns within 45 days of purchase date can be compensated in the form of store credit or an exchange. Any returns after 45 days will not be accepted.

In the event of a product defect in materials or workmanship, the determination will be handled by the store in accordance with the Manufacturer's respective Consumer Return Policy.
